REALTOR® Greetings, my name is J. "Jazzie" Jones, I am a licensed Realtor in the state of California, affectionally referred to as, your SoJazzie Home Girl.  Gifted with a natural propensity for customer service and have an intuitive sense after meeting with a client/s, knowing what type of property my clients are looking for, even if they don't always know how to articulate it. Having the  ability to empathize and observe what the client’s dreams & needs are, after listening, comes from working as a leasing agent in property management, as well as over 30 years experience as an educator, state board examiner & master cosmetologist. I was born into a large family of military service men & women, entrepreneurs- primarily restaurant owners, retail store owners, tailors and ministers, so customer service and genuine care for people are in my DNA. The Love for real estate came from designing and staging my clients' homes & businesses, working as a designer at a High End Furniture Company that curated by Ed Hardy, and interior Design school at American Intercontinental University. I realized that I could make a greater contribution assisting families & individuals during a major decision in their lives on the agent side of the table vs giving advice from behind a chair. I really empathized with my clients hearing some of the undue stressful conversations they shared, and made it my mission to learn the business and walk them step by step during the process. Whether the client is selling, buying and or investing in real estate, starting a family, relocating with the military, transitioning from married to divorced, empty nesters downsizing, or inheriting property from a loved one, the experience should be nothing less than seamless. A home is more than just a place to live, whether it’s the first time or multiple times — it’s where you make long-lasting memories. Helping my clients navigate the often challenging waters of real estate, assembling a a good team of people, with offthemarketrealtors, that have the same heart and professional mindsets was essential. With the goal and end result being positively outstanding, building loyal and repeat clients that are 100% comfortable throughout the entire process under one roof, is the ongoing quest . When I’m not busy helping clients, I enjoy traveling the world as a Travel Advisor, tasting great coffees from other countries, salsa dancing, volunteering during autism awareness events, empowering young women and men to be their best selves through, self appreciation, development & community service, and spending time with my children, grandchildren, fur baby 7 pet agent Ziggy Marley
